Immunotherapy modulates the body's own immune system to intervene and prevent diseases. At EnnovaBio, we focus on developing novel inhibitors targeting key nodes in immune regulation for the treatment of autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases.
● Metabolic Complications
Metabolic complications e.g. diabetic retinal diseases, represent significant unmet clinical needs. The underlying etiology is characterized by oxidative stress, inflammation and angiogenesis. By identifying targets that align with these mechanisms, we aim to develop novel small molecule drugs for breakthrough oral therapies.
